MEETINGS

Our Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of every month at 7.15pm in the library. You are most welcome to come along to our next meeting to see how it all works.

If you decide you would like to become a member of the P&C at a meeting, please see the President to let them know you wish to become a member at that meeting.

VOTING

If you become a member you then have the right to vote!

P&C decisions are made by all financial P&C members present at committee/subcommittee meetings.

ITEMS FOR THE AGENDA

If you have any items you wish to be discussed at a meeting, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the meeting, via email at p.and.c@hotmail.com

or in writing to one of the office-bearers, as this will help the smooth running of meetings.
